Within the framework of community partnership, Alyaseen Agricultural Company has begun implementing the cooperative training program for trainees Eng. Abdullah Al-Tawil and Eng. Muhammad Al-Shaddad from King Faisal University (College of Agriculture), in line with the company’s mission of “Growth Partners" ”. The program was designed to enable students to practice their specialization practically and enhance their professional readiness through direct exposure to the agricultural work environment and its applications. The program includes the following modules: The training takes place at the main center in Al-Ahsa under the supervision of Engineer Haider Al-Awad, and includes learning about the agricultural company’s inputs, technical work mechanisms, and how to employ them to serve customer needs.
